Write for us
Curious Cycling Review welcomes clear, original pitches about bicycles, riding, routes, care and cycling history. We are interested in pieces that give a reader a fresh way to understand a specific subject, without requiring specialist equipment or first-hand testing to make the case.
What makes a strong pitch
Send a focused idea with a working title, the central question or point, the intended reader and a short explanation of what the piece would help them understand. A strong proposal has a distinct angle, explains why the subject is worth reading about and shows how it will avoid repeating familiar advice. Please mention the kinds of sources or examples you would use.
Subjects and approach
We welcome considered comparisons, explanations of bicycle design, thoughtful accounts of cycling history, and useful pieces about habits, routes or ordinary care. We are not looking for unsupported claims, disguised advertising, unsafe repair instructions or advice that depends on local rules. Do not submit confidential material or another person's work as your own.
Send a proposal
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option to send your proposal. Include a brief note about relevant experience if it helps explain your approach, but no particular credential is required. Please send a pitch rather than a completed article unless a draft has been requested; a submission is not a promise of publication.
